09:36 pm [Link]	What me, stressed? Tomorrow I see the doc again. Normally this is a painful occurrence which really doesn`t do my calm any good. However, just to add to the wind up factor the doc is talking about getting me interred in a hospital for 'exploratory surgery' on the shoulder and I`ll find out tomorrow what the decision is. This idea was first mooted years ago but the specialist vetoed the idea as being of 'no perceptible benefit'. Fingers crossed that decision still holds. 12:47 pm [Link]	The coming weekend Good Bags packed, including armour and in weight allowance to boot. Jimmy and John are also packed and in weight (you`d think we were organised, wouldn`t you?) Got hair cut. Have English money as being foreigners they won`t accept Sterling unless it`s their version. Doug is loaning me a camp bed and tent space so that`s less to carry. Going to 'strom so I`ll see friends/mates/acquaintances there. The replacement credit card has arrived. Bad Haven`t heard from Lyon Leather so the buff coat I ordered nearly five weeks ago isn`t ready yet despite them being told I needed it for Easter and them saying that was do-able. Still not 100% sure if Terry is going or not, he runs hot and cold more often than a mixer tap. Indifferent Not going to Eastercon as I`ll be in a field near Derby. This is bad as it means I won`t see my friends/mates/acquaintances in Fandom. However it also means no danger of encountering co-incidence, which is good so over all I have to call missing Eastercon a draw. Tags: maelstrom (Leave a comment)
